Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality analyses of market, customer, and competitor dynamics, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Translate complex topics into clear, impactful communication materials for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the design, scoping, and execution of high-impact initiatives, working closely with business leaders.
  • Identify market trends and emerging developments to shape the strategic agenda and forward-looking priorities.
  • Work hands-on with large and complex datasets to generate insights for strategic decisions and prioritization.
  • Develop analytical frameworks, KPIs, and follow-up structures to track progress and support decision-making.
  • Cultivate collaboration with teams across PeB CRUs, PRUs, and other business areas.
  • Act as an ambassador for PeB and build internal and external networks to spark innovation and problem-solving.
  • Inspire and energize team members through a positive, high-energy approach, fostering open dialogue and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Experience in strategy and business planning.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience and good references from supporting senior leaders.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to translate complex financial data into clear strategic implications, ideally within financial services.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to navigate and solve complex business challenges.
  • Ability to create an inclusive atmosphere where diverse perspectives are welcomed and valued.
