Responsibilities

- Proactively identify and mitigate risks impacting program delivery.
- Drive execution through effective stakeholder management and clear communication.
- Define and track program success metrics aligned with business objectives.
- Facilitate decision-making to resolve blockers and maintain program momentum.
- Partner with engineering leaders on technical approaches balancing scalability, performance, and time-to-market.
- Lead the adoption of GenAI technologies to improve development efficiency and code quality.
- Ensure architectural decisions consider cross-marketplace compatibility and global scalability.
- Facilitate technical design reviews and architecture discussions.
- Identify and address technical dependencies across systems and teams.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define technical requirements.
- Build strong relationships with engineering, product, operations, and business teams.
- Communicate program status, risks, and achievements to senior leadership.
- Manage expectations and negotiate trade-offs when facing competing priorities.
- Create visibility into program progress through metrics, dashboards, and updates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with Gen-AI technologies and tools.
