Key Responsibilities: End-to-End FP&A Leadership: Lead and oversee enterprise-wide financial planning processes including Annual Operating Plan (AOP), rolling forecasts, and long-range strategic planning. Ensure alignment between financial plans and organizational strategy across multiple business units. Business Performance & Strategic Insights: Review and analyze financial performance, including revenue, cost, and profitability drivers. Provide executive-level insights, variance analysis, and forward-looking recommendations. Drive performance improvement initiatives and identify risks and opportunities. Strategic Finance & Decision Support: Lead complex financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case evaluations for strategic initiatives. Support mergers, investments, cost optimization, and transformation programs. Leadership & Organization Development: Lead and develop a large FP&A team, including managers and analysts. Drive talent development, succession planning, and high-performance culture. Optimize team structure, utilization, and capability building. Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and CXO-level stakeholders. Present financial performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations. Influence decision-making through data-driven insights. Management Reporting & Governance: Oversee enterprise reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity in financial communication. Establish governance and standardization across reporting processes. Transformation & Automation: Lead digital finance transformation initiatives including automation, AI, and advanced analytics. Drive efficiency improvements and enhance forecasting accuracy. Data, Systems & Controls: Ensure integrity of financial data across ERP and planning systems. Strengthen financial controls, governance, and compliance mechanisms. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CA / MBA / CFA preferred.
