We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our scrum team in Boise, Idaho. This hybrid role involves designing, developing, and optimizing scalable solutions within the Salesforce CRM platform using Apex, LWC, and APIs, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical outcomes.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and maintainable solutions within the Salesforce platform.
Build custom applications and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs.
Partner with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions.
Implement automation using Salesforce Flow and other declarative tools; optimize performance, security, and scalability.
Maintain and improve existing Salesforce applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Lead technical discussions and support the growth of less experienced developers by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Collaborate with integration teams to connect Salesforce with external applications and enterprise data sources using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and related technologies.
Support the evaluation and implementation of AI-enabled, automation, and data-driven capabilities within Salesforce where appropriate.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification or 5+ years of Salesforce Developer experience.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP).
Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, data modeling, and data management best practices.
Experience with DevOps tools such as Copado, Git, and CI/CD pipelines; familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake or Boomi is a plus.
Familiarity with Salesforce AI capabilities such as Agentforce or Einstein, and exposure to AI integration concepts, is a plus.
