Responsibilities

Develop and communicate a long-term strategy and roadmap for Amazon DSP in India.
Drive initiatives to improve advertiser outcomes, measure them, and maximize ROI through programmatic solutions.
Conceptualize and lead the development of ad solutions, including advanced targeting, bidding, measurement, and personalized ad experiences.
Partner closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and GTM teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Set high-level metrics for success and lead data-driven optimizations for cost efficiency, user retention, and long-term value.
Communicate vision, progress, and results to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
Experience managing technical products or online services.
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
Experience with end-to-end product delivery.

Desired Qualifications

Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight.
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools.
