We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to join the WW FBA team in Bengaluru, India. This role focuses on optimizing FBA inventory management by partnering with in-country teams, building measurement frameworks, and driving key metrics. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in product management and supply chain, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner with in-country FBA, Supply Chain Tech, Retail, and Operations teams to drive key FBA inventory metrics.
- Build and maintain root-cause attribution frameworks to connect upstream inputs to downstream metric outcomes.
- Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly review mechanisms for metric areas.
- Design and run structured experiments with sellers to inform product and program roadmaps.
- Work with engineering, science, and BI teams to translate operational insights into scalable product improvements.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve metric tracking, root cause diagnosis, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate peak readiness by identifying inventory risks early and working with partner teams on mitigation plans.
- Serve as the connective tissue between WW FBA Product teams and in-country stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in product management, supply chain analytics, business operations, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated experience owning business metrics end-to-end.
- Proficiency in SQL or equivalent querying tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment across teams you do not directly manage.
- Experience designing and running structured experiments or A/B tests.
- Demonstrated experience applying AI or automation tools to redesign an analytical or operational workflow.
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field (statistics, mathematics, data science, business analytics, economics, finance, engineering, or computer science) or Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience in 3P Business, Supply Chain technologies, inventory planning, or supply chain operations.
- Familiarity with inventory systems (placement logic, restock recommendations, capacity management, or seller-facing tools).
- Experience working with engineering and science teams to translate operational needs into product requirements.
- Experience working in or closely with non-US Amazon stores.
- Demonstrated ability to build operating mechanisms from scratch.
