Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end VRET & Liquidation order creation process.
  • Investigate and resolve vendor/liquidator disputes, identifying root causes.
  • Build and maintain reconciliation reports for accuracy and financial alignment.
  • Automate dispute resolution, order creation, and reconciliation processes.
  • Propose and lead process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop dashboards to monitor key operational metrics.
  • Manage engagement with senior stakeholders.
  • Manage, track, and report on order creation and cancellations.
  • Own and launch new initiatives to improve vendor, liquidator, and seller experience.
  • Conduct weekly operational metrics reviews and financial reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent in English (speak, write, read)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven problem solving.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end lifecycle of dispute resolution, order creation, and reconciliation.
  • Invent and simplify processes.
  • Results-oriented approach focused on continuous improvement.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance.
  • Ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations requiring a quick turnaround.
