Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle progression strategy across EM10, including product vision, roadmap, and P&L accountability.
- Drive settlement outcomes for 140MM+ customers using rewards, gamified experiences, and ML-powered orchestration.
- Build and scale an autonomous marketing orchestration platform.
- Drive a cross-EM rewards program, managing program economics and evolving the construct for habit formation.
- Lead the progression intelligence roadmap, partnering with science teams to evolve ML models for optimal customer action and reward allocation.
- Build and mentor a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team (product, marketing, program management).
Requirements
- 6+ years of team management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
