In short

We are seeking a Sr Administrator (Support & Operations), also known as a Verifone Payment Systems Support Specialist (L2 Support Engineer), to provide essential support, administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Verifone payment terminals and related systems. This role ensures secure and uninterrupted payment processing operations within retail and fuel site environments.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 support for Verifone payment terminals, pin pads, cradles, power packs, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot payment transaction failures, terminal connectivity, settlement problems, and device configuration errors.
Support payment terminal software upgrades, regulatory updates, and certification activities.
Manage break-fix activities and coordinate hardware replacements.
Support card payment processing, loyalty integrations, gift cards, and payment gateway interactions.
Investigate authorization failures, settlement discrepancies, and payment variances.
Coordinate with payment processors, acquirers, OEMs, and vendor support teams.
Validate interfaces between payment terminals, POS systems, and payment platforms.
