Amazon seeks an SPS Associate, ASSR in Bangalore, Karnataka, to onboard new sellers and provide operational support via phone and email. Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary interface between Amazon and our business partners, guiding new sellers on the A.IN platform.
  • Provide timely and accurate operational support to merchants selling on the Amazon platform.
  • Onboard new selling partners to the Amazon .IN platform.
  • Engage sellers daily via phone to guide and onboard them onto the platform.
  • Address chronic system issues, provide process improvements, and develop internal documentation.
  • Maintain acceptable performance metrics including quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
  • Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, or Payments teams as required.

Requirements

  • Full-time graduate (not diploma/distance learning).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Fluent communication in Hindi.
  • Demonstrates effective, clear, and professional written and oral communication.
  • Demonstrates excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Experience with Excel.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience within a customer service environment is preferred.
  • Technical (Computers & Internet) savvy is required.
  • Business acumen in areas of e-commerce and retail.
  • Committed seller advocate, drive process & tool improvements.
  • Enthusiasm and strong self-motivation.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility.
  • Embrace constant change with flexibility and good grace.
  • Demonstrate appropriate sense of urgency for contact response time in the face of variable workflow.
  • Demonstrates effective communication, composure, and professional attitude.
  • Exemplary performance record, particularly with regard to quality & productivity.
  • Desired skill-sets include MS Office Application Excel and Internet Explorer / Mozilla Firefox.
  • 1+ years of driving process improvements experience.
