Responsibilities
- Plan inventory for spare parts, consumables, and accessories for the home appliance business.
- Monitor backorder situations and risks of run-out, ensuring timely purchase orders and supplier coordination.
- Align order proposals with stockholding policies and market demand.
- Report and analyze performance indicators regularly.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance processes and methodologies.
- Coordinate transport bookings for purchase orders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and implement planning-related projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain management.
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the appliances or automotive industry.
- Excellent understanding of different material planning strategies.
- Analytical skills and ability to drive actions based on facts in a structured way.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to communicate with different organizational levels.
- Ability to take initiative to solve problems and drive them to completion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to represent the organization with integrity and professionalism.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
Desired Qualifications
- SAP experience is considered a plus.
- Experience with sophisticated planning tools, Syncron inventory is considered an advantage.
