Responsibilities

Own P&L, revenue targets, and margin objectives for the Healthcare delivery unit.
Drive delivery excellence across managed services, application development, and digital transformation programs.
Build and sustain strong CXO-level client relationships; manage escalations and ensure high CSAT scores.
Lead a multi-geography team of Delivery Managers, Project Managers, and technical leads.
Partner with Sales and Pre-Sales on solutioning, proposals, and account growth strategies.
Champion adoption of automation, AI/ML, and cloud-led modernization across client engagements.
Drive workforce planning, capability building, and attrition management for the unit.

Requirements

Compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR) and contractual SLAs.
Proficiency in P&L management, revenue targets, and margin objectives.
Experience in managed services, application development, and digital transformation.
Proven ability to build and sustain strong CXO-level client relationships.
Experience managing escalations and ensuring high CSAT scores.
Leadership experience with multi-geography teams of Delivery Managers, Project Managers, and technical leads.
Experience partnering with Sales and Pre-Sales on solutioning and proposals.
Experience with automation, AI/ML, and cloud-led modernization.
Experience in workforce planning, capability building, and attrition management.
