As a Software Engineer in the Marketing Growth Engineering team, you will optimize internal marketing operations at Microsoft by developing large-scale AI-native solutions for marketing content and sites. Responsibilities

  • Design and build automation for marketing content and sites, collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Review and implement well-structured, testable, and maintainable code for product features.
  • Leverage AI Native engineering practices across the development lifecycle to optimize system performance.
  • Implement best practices for security, reliability, and compliance.
  • Contribute to raising awareness of engineering principles within the team and across related functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience.
  • Coding experience in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Experience in AI-native engineering practices, applying AI to software solutions.
  • Experience designing, building, and maintaining large-scale enterprise systems.
  • Understanding of geo-distributed architectures.

Desired Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience applying AI to develop software solutions across the development lifecycle, including code generation, test automation, and related workflows.
  • Experience with marketing technologies or a solid understanding of marketing processes is considered an advantage.

Benefits

  • Typical base pay range of USD $102,100 - $202,200 per year (US); USD $133,800 - $219,200 (SF Bay Area/NYC metro area).
  • Potential eligibility for benefits and other compensation.
