Responsibilities

Manage a team of 8-10 engineers within SAT, driving diverse initiatives and delivering long-term technical solutions.
Own roadmap execution for your tech area in collaboration with Product Management and customers.
Drive innovation and next-gen solution vision for your area in collaboration with Sr SDEs and PEs.
Manage the growth of reporting SDEs through structured performance management and career growth plans.
Own complex systems enabling critical store operations to function autonomously.
Build high-scalable systems capable of handling billions of transactions.
Drive supply chain architectural evolution and influence tech decisions across multiple organizations.

Requirements

3+ years of engineering team management experience
7+ years of engineering experience
8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services experience
Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations
Experience partnering with product or program management teams
Bachelor's degree

Desired Qualifications

Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching, and managing teams of Software Engineers to improve their skills and make them more effective product software engineers
