- Experience programming with at least one software programming language (Java, Python).
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable, distributed systems.
- Knowledge of professional software engineering & best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, software architectures, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, and operational excellence.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with compliance, risk management, or regulatory technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, data processing, and cloud technologies.
- Track record of delivering high-impact projects in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with ambiguity.
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience.
