Design and implement scalable technical solutions for key Prime benefit products.
Lead technical problem-solving for complex architectural components.
Collaborate with senior engineers to develop architecture solutions and provide meaningful feedback.
Drive technical innovations in the benefits space.
Mentor junior engineers on software development best practices.

Requirements

3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Desired Qualifications

3+ years of full software development life cycle experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
