Responsibilities

  • Build AI-native tooling to eliminate reactive operational toil for other teams.
  • Ship LLM-powered remediation agents, autonomous workflows, and a knowledge foundation for AI-assisted development.
  • Develop agentic remediation systems that automatically detect, diagnose, and resolve operational issues.
  • Create self-healing deployment platforms for continuous, hands-off delivery.
  • Contribute to the FBA knowledge foundation, enabling AI systems to reason about services and answer operational questions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • Experience programming with at least one modern language (Java, C++, Python, etc.).
  • Experience contributing to the architecture and design of new and current systems (design patterns, reliability, scaling).
  • Experience with the full software development lifecycle (coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations).

Desired Qualifications

  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
  • Experience building automation, platform, or developer-productivity systems (CI/CD, observability, agentic/AI-assisted tooling).
  • Hands-on interest in applying LLMs and AI-native approaches to real engineering problems.
  • Familiarity with continuous delivery and autonomous deployment practices.
  • Bias for measurable impact and comfort inventing in an ambiguous, high-ownership charter.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
