Responsibilities

  • Build AI-native tooling to eliminate reactive work and operational toil.
  • Ship LLM-powered remediation agents and autonomous workflows.
  • Develop a knowledge foundation for AI-assisted development.
  • Work on agentic remediation systems for automatic issue detection and resolution.
  • Develop self-healing deployment platforms with automated testing and pipeline intelligence.
  • Contribute to the FBA knowledge foundation and OE infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • Experience programming with at least one modern language (Java, C++, Python, etc.).
  • Experience contributing to the architecture and design (design patterns, reliability, scaling) of new and current systems.
  • Experience with the full software development lifecycle — coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience building automation, platform, or developer-productivity systems (CI/CD, observability, agentic/AI-assisted tooling).
  • Hands-on interest in applying LLMs and AI-native approaches to real engineering problems.
  • Familiarity with continuous delivery and autonomous deployment practices.
  • Bias for measurable impact and comfort inventing in an ambiguous, high-ownership charter.
  • 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
