As a Software Developer, you will work closely with your small cross-functional team, Product Owner and stakeholders. You will contribute to feature development in an international collaborative environment where the team shares responsibility for delivering according to backlog priorities. We are looking for an ambitious and curious person early in their career who wants to grow, learn, and help the team improve. 

What you will do: 

• You will help design, implement, test, and maintain features from requirements to deployment. 
• Use AI-assisted development tools to support coding, testing, troubleshooting, improvement, and knowledge sharing. 
• Analyze requirements and Telcom standards and propose software designs 
• Identify verification needs, develop and execute tests, and troubleshoot faults to identify root causes and drive timely resolutions. 
• Work on technical documentation 
• Contribute to improvements, innovation activities, and hackathons 
• Share knowledge and learn from internal and external sources

The skills you bring: 

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent  
• 2+ years of experience in software development with solid general programming knowledge 
• Skills in software development, preferably using Erlang, Elixir or other functional language 
• Fluent in English (B2+) , written and spoken

Nice to have 

• Knowledge of 4G/5G mobile network architecture (protocols, functions, etc.) 
• Knowledge of software development tools and Agile methodologies 
• Understanding of IP networking concepts and packet analysis (e.g. Ethernet, TCP/IP, UDP)

We work in hybrid model, min. 3 days from office
