We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and SMS for a Support & Operations role in Noida, India. The position involves resolving escalated incidents, mentoring the team, documenting best practices, and actively participating in customer meetings to ensure satisfaction and drive operational improvements. Expertise in client lifecycle management and MS Enterprise Mobility Suite is crucial.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely resolution and compliance of escalated tickets using SCCM/SMS, aligning with SLAs.
  • Mentor team members and administrators, documenting best practices and creating SOPs.
  • Validate change order implementation plans and oversee human error compliance.
  • Participate in customer meetings to gather feedback and understand challenges.
  • Conduct root cause and trend analysis to develop insightful reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proficient in SCCM/SMS with a strong understanding of client lifecycle management and MS Enterprise Mobility Suite.
  • In-depth knowledge of Directory Services and their application in support operations.
  • Excellent analytical skills for root cause and trend analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

Desired Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (Optional but valuable).
  • ITIL Foundation Certification (Optional but valuable).
