Responsibilities

Resolve escalated incidents using Infrastructure As Code (IaC) practices and Powershell scripting, ensuring SLA and quality adherence.
Mentor team members in IaC principles and Powershell usage, create SOPs, and maintain documentation for knowledge sharing.
Validate change order implementation plans using Powershell for automation and Python for data analysis, ensuring compliance and participating in capacity planning.
Engage with clients in meetings to address issues, provide solutions, and ensure positive feedback through timely resolutions.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis and Trend Analysis using Python and Powershell to validate reports, improve performance, and present findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

Expert knowledge in Infrastructure As Code (IaC) practices.
Proficiency in Powershell scripting for automation and operational tasks.
Strong analytical skills with experience in Python for data processing and reporting.
Familiarity with Jenkins for Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.

Desired Qualifications

ITIL Foundation Certification (Optional but valuable).
AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate (Optional but valuable).
