As a Subject Matter Expert in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), you will ensure timely resolution of escalations and incidents by adhering to SLAs. This role involves mentoring team members, facilitating positive customer experiences, and conducting detailed analyses with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely resolution and quality compliance of escalated incidents in Access Management and IAM processes.
  • Mentor team members and administrators by developing SOPs and maintaining documentation.
  • Validate change order implementation plans and assess human error compliance.
  • Actively participate in capacity planning initiatives.
  • Facilitate positive customer experiences and integrate feedback into service improvements.
  • Conduct root cause and trend analyses, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Access Management and Identity Access Management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in incident management processes and quality compliance standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct root cause and trend analyses.
  • Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement and presentation.
  • Familiarity with capacity planning and change management processes.

Desired Qualifications

  • Optional but valuable certifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or equivalent IAM-related certifications.
