Synopsys is seeking a Site Reliability Associate to provide hands-on IT support for end users in the Hsinchu office, troubleshooting hardware, software, and workplace technology issues. Responsibilities

Provide hands-on IT support for end users in the Hsinchu office, troubleshooting hardware, software, and workplace technology issues
Deploy, configure, and migrate laptops and workstations, managing the full device lifecycle from setup to decommission
Support Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications, resolving access, configuration, and performance issues
Manage IT asset inventory and tracking systems, ensuring accurate records of hardware and software across the site
Diagnose and resolve technical issues using structured troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Collaborate with regional and global IT teams to escalate complex issues and align on support standards
Maintain workplace technology including printers, conference room equipment, and office IT infrastructure

Requirements

Experience in IT support, desktop support, or end user computing roles
Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications
Hands-on experience with laptop deployment, configuration, and hardware troubleshooting
Familiarity with IT asset management and inventory tracking tools
Understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and workplace technology environments
Ability to diagnose technical issues methodically and document troubleshooting steps clearly
Fluency in Mandarin and English for supporting a bilingual user base

You are willing to learn new tools and processes as the IT environment evolves
