- Oversee site safety (OHS) activities and improvements.
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of project deliverables as per contract.
- Plan and execute site activities in line with installation budget and project milestones.
- Drive site productivity improvements using processes and tools.
- Record and report on site activities based on project plans.
- Contribute to process and tool improvements based on site knowledge.
Requirements
- Native level Japanese proficiency.
- Conversational English proficiency.
- Over 5 years of experience in installation modules, mechanical fields, or project/site management within the manufacturing industry.
- Willingness to undertake long-term business trips.
