Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end site performance and long-term development at Nijkerk.
- Operate strategically and tactically as part of the Benelux/France Supply Chain leadership team.
- Build a culture where safety and quality are paramount.
- Ensure efficient year-round production and drive collaboration across the value chain.
- Act as a visible role model for safety, compliance, and global mindset.
- Lead and develop leaders and teams with a focus on Arla culture, capability building, and change management.
- Develop and own the Factory Strategic Plan (FSP), including risk assessment and crisis planning.
- Be accountable for end-to-end product economics and drive cost-efficiency measures.
- Ensure implementation of Arla digital standards and drive data-driven decision making.
Requirements
- Relevant university degree.
- Broad experience in manufacturing industries, preferably food or dairy.
- Experience from a complex, large-scale production site with strong results in strategic leadership and operational excellence.
- Alternatively, experience with supply chain transformation and digital journeys.
- Extensive leadership experience.
- Proven confident and authentic leader with a solid track record in managing complex operations, driving continuous improvement, and developing company culture.
- Combine financial insight with a strategic mindset.
- Fluent English and Dutch language communication skills.
