Arla Foods UK is seeking an ambitious Shopper Marketing Executive to join their commercial team in Leeds. This role involves developing and delivering shopper marketing initiatives, supporting product launches, and driving customer growth across multiple retail channels. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar FMCG commercial discipline and possess strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver shopper marketing plans across branded and own-label portfolios, including e-commerce activations.
  • Support new product launches through shopper insight, activation planning and execution.
  • Create compelling retailer selling stories and activation materials to support commercial teams.
  • Deliver engaging in-store activities including sampling, POS campaigns, competitions and promotional activations.
  • Measure campaign performance and ROI, using insights to continuously improve future shopper marketing plans.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years' experience within Shopper Marketing, Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing, Brand Marketing, Category Marketing or a similar FMCG commercial discipline.
  • Strong organisational, communication and analytical skills.
  • Confident using data and insights to understand shopper behaviour and support commercial decision-making.
  • Proactive and curious team player who enjoys building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting retailer activations, product launches, POS campaigns or customer marketing initiatives would be advantageous.
  • Thrives in a fast paced FMCG environment.
