Responsibilities

Arrange daily shipping activities with Customer Service, Warehouse, and Forwarders.
Prepare and ensure accuracy of shipment documentation.
Follow up with forwarders on logistics arrangements.
Handle filing of shipping documents and freight bill verification.
Manage insurance claims and loss reporting.
Ensure custom and export compliance.
Analyze freight costs and quotations for cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of Logistics or related work experience.
GCE O Level and above with at least 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse and shipping operation within a mass manufacture environment.
Knowledge of shipping procedures.
Knowledge of bill negotiation.
Knowledge of marine insurance claims.
Knowledge of custom procedures.
