We are looking for a Reporting Analyst in Nagpur, Maharashtra, proficient in English, Arabic, and Microsoft Windows. The role involves data analysis, dashboard development, KPI reporting, and providing management insights using tools like Excel, Power BI, and SQL. Responsibilities include automating reports, analyzing trends, and collaborating with various teams to ensure data accuracy and drive data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and automate operational, service delivery, financial, and governance reports.
  • Design and support executive dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, improvement opportunities, and business insights.
  • Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reports for leadership review.
  • Support SLA, KPI, utilization, productivity, financial, and compliance reporting.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across reporting platforms.
  • Collaborate with business, operations, finance, PMO, and delivery teams to gather reporting requirements.
  • Drive reporting automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis for reporting discrepancies.
  • Prepare presentations and management summaries for governance reviews and leadership meetings.
  • Support forecasting, capacity planning, resource management, and business planning activities.
  • Maintain reporting documentation, data dictionaries, and standard operating procedures.
  • Create executive-level dashboards and business reviews.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve operational performance.
  • Monitor performance against contractual and organizational KPIs.
  • Support governance reviews with customers and senior management.
  • Conduct trend analysis and predictive reporting where applicable.
  • Drive continuous improvement through reporting and analytics.
