Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on portable industrial equipment (air compressors, generators, light towers, engines, pumps, energy storage systems).
- Follow company safety standards and use provided personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Work within expected timeframes and achieve first-time-right fixes.
- Maintain work utilization of at least 75%.
- Comply with Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) standards.
- Read, understand, and use technical documentation.
- Record hours worked on jobs daily.
- Provide and maintain basic tools for the job.
- Participate in technical training activities to improve skills and competencies.
- Communicate with internal and external customers clearly and collaboratively.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months technical service experience performing routine preventative maintenance on portable industrial equipment with demonstrated quality outcomes.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
- Proficiency in using computer applications and business systems, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus.
- Willingness to grow within the business.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
