ABB is looking for a Service Sales Specialist in Taipei, Taiwan to drive service sales processes, generate opportunities, and secure profitable sales within designated areas. This role focuses on Installed Base penetration and promoting the entire Service product portfolio, while building long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Drive service sales processes and generate service sales opportunities.
  • Secure profitable sales within designated areas and focus on Installed Base (IB) penetration.
  • Promote upgrades, retrofits, and value-add solutions to customers.
  • Develop, plan, and implement after-sales service strategies and customer support initiatives.
  • Generate service sales leads and develop new market opportunities.
  • Translate customer needs into relevant ABB Service offerings and solutions.
  • Act as a marketer/salesperson of ABB’s service products and solutions during marketing activities.
  • Communicate contract details and manage administrative sales processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Middle level of English
  • Robotic or Factory Automation background
  • Self-motivated
  • Outgoing and Communicative
  • At least 2~5 years working experience
