Responsibilities
- Develop the service business in the assigned region/area, establishing goals and meeting business objectives.
- Oversee daily operations of Service Technicians, providing leadership, support, and technical assistance.
- Manage workload, customer relations, and administrative routines for the service team.
- Visit customers to advise on service standards, sell service plans, products, and training.
- Proactively identify, pursue, and resolve service issues, facilitating communication between departments and customers.
- Maintain a safe working environment, enforcing safety procedures and compliance with Federal laws and regulations.
- Arrange safety training for Service Technicians and maintain relevant documentation and certification records.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of directly relevant experience, preferably within the Atlas Copco Group.
- High school diploma required.
- Excellent organizational, supervisory, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safety practices and procedures and OSHA regulatory compliance required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Proficient in SAP applications.
- Some travel required.
- Valid driver’s license.

- Two or four-year technical college degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
