Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing service team.
- Ensure a strong QHSE culture and compliance with corporate governance and HSE policies.
- Drive the ALPS continuous improvement program (5S) with the team.
- Deliver high-quality service execution and manage daily workshop activities for optimized resource utilization.
- Ensure technical file and job execution documentation are implemented and maintained.
- Lead service centers in the region and implement best practices.
- Plan training and development to maintain competence and meet future needs.
- Ensure availability of resources and manpower.
- Manage the utilization of SCEs and P3S operational results.
- Lead the team remotely, providing direction and ensuring performance against the service strategy.
- Manage change to adapt to new market demands.
- Implement and monitor KPIs for the service center.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (Reading, Writing & Oral).
- Degree in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- >3 years of experience in a Management role with service experience.
- Experience of factory management/improvement, e.g., 5S.
