Responsibilities

Assist in deploying and configuring cloud resources on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Support day-to-day operations of cloud infrastructure including compute, storage, and networking.
Assist with Infrastructure-as-Code deployments using Terraform or CloudFormation.
Support CI/CD pipeline execution and monitoring.
Assist with containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/ECS/AKS).
Monitor cloud environments for availability and performance issues.
Troubleshoot basic cloud issues and escalate complex problems.
Maintain documentation, runbooks, and configuration records.
Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams.
Continuously learn cloud services and DevOps best practices.

Requirements

Basic understanding of cloud concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Basic Linux or Windows knowledge.
Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Shell, or PowerShell).
Understanding of networking fundamentals.
Good communication skills and learning mindset.
Willingness to work in shifts or on-call support.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Fluent in English.
