- Partner with senior UX leadership to design and lead end-to-end UX programs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in program management within design or UX organizations.
- Experience with UX related projects and UX design, user research, or user centered development tools and methodologies.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience leading operational initiatives that streamline the UX design process and drive a culture of user-centered development.
- Experience working across multiple UX disciplines (e.g., design, research, content strategy).
- Experience with cross-functional partners (e.g., product management, engineering) to manage projects and build stakeholder relationships.
- Experience analyzing UX metrics and data to leverage insights that drive strategy and program prioritization.
- Ability to build, launch and run programs from scratch that improve organizational effectiveness.
- Strong UX acumen and the ability to align UX practices with business constraints.
