Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and end-to-end test scripts using Playwright.
  • Execute manual test scenarios where automation is not applicable.
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies.
  • Create and execute test cases, perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
  • Identify, track, and validate defects, including testing AI-powered features for accuracy, reliability, and safety.
  • Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and analyze test results.
  • Continuously improve test coverage and performance.
  • Participate in functional and technical discussions with the client/team to understand specifications and highlight concerns.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in testing methodologies and tools.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of automated test scripts.
  • Develop and mentor QA engineers in the use of the testing framework.

Requirements

  • Strong Playwright expertise.
  • Solid manual testing experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with AI-driven tools and applications.
  • Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks.
  • Experience in executing manual test scenarios.
  • Experience with functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
  • Experience in identifying, tracking, and validating defects.
  • Experience in testing AI-powered features for accuracy, reliability, edge cases, hallucinations, or inconsistent responses.
  • Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience analyzing test results.
  • Experience in continuous improvement of test coverage and performance.
  • Experience in balancing automation and manual testing.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate testing processes.
  • Ability to ensure application and AI-driven functionalities meet business expectations and quality standards.
  • Ability to participate in functional and technical discussions.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Ability to oversee the creation and execution of automated test scripts.
  • Ability to develop and guide/mentor QA engineers.
