We are seeking a Senior Technical Specialist to design, build, and support AI applications that orchestrate complex workflows and decision-making. This role involves acting as a technical authority, partnering with cross-functional teams, and ensuring AI applications adhere to security and ethical principles throughout their lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and support agentic AI applications that orchestrate workflows, decision-making, and automation across complex systems.
- Act as a technical authority for AI-enabled applications, advising teams on architecture, integration, and best practices.
- Partner with engineers, data scientists, architects, and product teams to translate business problems into practical AI solutions.
- Ensure AI applications are built with security, resilience, ethics, and responsible AI principles at their core.
- Support the full application lifecycle, from proof of concept through to production deployment and ongoing optimization.
- Share knowledge and coach others, helping to grow AI capability and confidence across the wider engineering community.
- Architect, design, and develop solutions for product/project and sustenance delivery.
- Support as a Subject Matter Expert.
- Ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies to keep solutions current and meet quality standards and client requirements.
- Gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
- Recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices on specific technology/product.
Requirements
- Experience in designing, building, and supporting agentic AI applications.
- Technical authority for AI-enabled applications.
- Experience advising teams on architecture, integration, and best practices.
- Experience partnering with engineers, data scientists, architects, and product teams.
- Experience ensuring AI applications are built with security, resilience, ethics, and responsible AI principles.
