- Collaborate with BI and Analytics teams.

- Maintain the metadata.
- Recommend and establish standards, guidelines, and procedures for design and maintenance.
- Architect, design, and develop solutions.
- Support as a Subject Matter Expert.
- Ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies.
- Ensure a sufficient pool of skilled professionals.
- Gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization.
- Support competency development with envisioning and articulating propositions.
- Recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices.
Requirements
- Proficient in industry standard techniques for data modeling.
- Proficient in 3rd normal form relational modeling.
- Proven experience in an enterprise environment developing relational databases.
- Proven experience developing models for Business Intelligence solutions.
- Strong analytical, data profiling and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced SQL skills.
- In-depth knowledge of modeling methodologies and techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of facilitation and conflict resolution processes.
- Excellent teaming and communication skills.
- Strong consultative, facilitation and consensus building skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Dimensional modeling experience would be a strong added value for online analytical processing.
- Experience with Business Intelligence products.
