Seeking a Senior Technical Specialist with experience in customer-facing technical consulting and Google Workspace deployment/configuration. Responsibilities

  • Conduct workshops to configure core Google Workspace products and showcase Google Admin console roles and advisement.
  • Provide security recommendations for administrative settings in the admin console.
  • Perform data migration from various sources (OneDrive, Exchange, Box, etc.) to Google Workspace using tools like Google Workspace Migrate.
  • Provide technical architecture support for administration, security, and collaboration.
  • Design primary and secondary domain structures.
  • Manage identity management architecture.
  • Implement user provisioning strategy and automation.
  • Configure mail routing, security, and administration.
  • Oversee networking, Chrome & endpoint management, and mobile aspects.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing technical consulting role.
  • Experience in deployment and configuration of Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive + Editors, Sites, Mobile access, Chat, and Meet).
  • Experience in providing security recommendations for administrative settings in the admin console.
  • Experience in data migration from various sources (OneDrive, Exchange, Box, etc.) to Google Workspace using tools such as Google Workspace Migrate.
  • Hands-on experience in technical architecture to support administration, security, and collaboration.
  • Knowledge of primary domain and secondary domain structure design.
  • Knowledge of identity management architecture.
  • Knowledge of user provisioning strategy and automation.
  • Knowledge of mail routing, security, and administration.
  • Knowledge of networking.
  • Knowledge of Chrome & endpoint management.
  • Knowledge of mobile.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in using Gemini for Workspace (good to have).
  • Experience in using Appsheet (good to have).
  • Experience in using Appscript (good to have).
