Responsibilities
- Manage technology in complex projects.
- Provide technical guidance and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Design, configure, and validate S/4HANA embedded PP/DS solutions.
- Ensure alignment with MRP, Advanced Planning, and Manufacturing Execution (MES) processes.
- Ensure alignment with S/4HANA logistics architecture and SAP best practices.
- Collaborate with PP, MM, QM, EWM, TM, and FI/CO teams for end-to-end integration.
- Coordinate with CIF replacement mechanisms, master data harmonization, and model consistency.
- Work with ABAP and technical teams on enhancements, reports, and interfaces.
Requirements
- 10+ years of SAP PP / PP-DS experience
- Production Planning experience
- Detailed Scheduling experience
- Capacity Planning experience
- Supply Network Planning experience
- MRP and Demand Management experience
- Manufacturing Processes knowledge
- Strong understanding of manufacturing planning and scheduling concepts
- Experience defining PP/DS transformation strategy, including transition from APO PP/DS to S/4HANA embedded PP/DS
- Experience configuring S/4HANA embedded PP/DS solutions
- Experience with Heuristics and optimization
- Experience with Finite and infinite scheduling
- Experience with Product and resource master setup
- Experience with Production versions and PDS integration
- Experience with Alert monitoring and exception management
- Experience collaborating with PP, MM, QM, EWM, TM, and FI/CO teams
- Experience coordinating with CIF replacement mechanisms, master data harmonization, and model consistency
- Experience working with ABAP and technical teams on enhancements, reports, and interfaces
