Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance to a team of developers by defining and implementing best practices in React.Js development.
  • Conduct comprehensive code reviews in React.Js, establish quality assurance processes, and optimize application performance.
  • Ensure process compliance within the assigned module, participating in technical discussions to assess feasibility studies and mitigate technical risks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and prepare status reports.

Requirements

  • Expert-level proficiency in React.Js, with a strong understanding of its core principles and workflows.
  • Solid experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context Api.
  • In-depth knowledge of Javascript, Html, and Css.
  • Familiarity with Node.Js and Angular for enhanced integration capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Version Control Systems, preferably Git, to manage codebase effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.

Desired Qualifications

  • Optional but valuable certifications: React.Js Certification, Certified Scrummaster (CSM), or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate.
