HCLTech is looking for a Senior Technical Architect in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This role requires extensive experience in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform Architecture, API-Led Connectivity, and Enterprise Integration Architecture, along with strong SAP integration skills. The architect will be responsible for designing end-to-end integration solutions, defining API strategies, and providing technical leadership.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end integration architectures using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Define API-led connectivity strategies (Experience, Process, and System APIs).
Create high-level and low-level design documents.
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reusable, and maintainable.
Define enterprise API standards, governance policies, and best practices.
Design RESTful APIs, Event-Driven Architectures, and asynchronous integrations.
Establish API lifecycle management processes.
Drive API reuse across business units.
Provide architectural guidance to development teams.
Conduct code reviews and design reviews.
Mentor MuleSoft developers and technical leads.
Resolve complex integration and performance issues.
Design secure integrations using OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, Mutual TLS, and API policies.
Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards.
Define data protection and encryption strategies.
Define deployment strategies for CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, or Hybrid environments.
Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Support platform capacity planning and performance optimization.
Collaborate with business teams, enterprise architects, SAP, Salesforce, ERP, CRM, and external partners.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Support project estimations, planning, and risk management.

Requirements

12+ years overall experience
5+ years in MuleSoft
Strong SAP integration experience
Hands-on exposure to CloudHub/Runtime Fabric
Hands-on exposure to enterprise API governance
