Les responsabilités incluent la gestion des types de documents VIM, le traitement des exceptions et l'intégration avec SAP FI/MM.

Responsibilities

Configure and support OpenText SAP VIM solutions for invoice processing.
Work on end-to-end P2P/AP invoice processes, including PO and non-PO invoices.
Configure VIM document types, process types, exception handling, approval workflows, and business rules.
Support invoice capture, validation, routing, approval, posting, and exception resolution.
Work with SAP FI/MM integration, including vendor master, purchase orders, goods receipts, invoice verification, and accounting postings.
Configure and troubleshoot VIM workflows and approval processes.
Handle invoice scenarios such as PO-based invoices, non-PO invoices, credit memos, blocked invoices, price and quantity variances, and duplicate invoices.
Support integration of VIM with OpenText Archive Server/Content Server and invoice capture solutions.
Analyze production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver fixes/enhancements.
Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams for developments, interfaces, reports, and enhancements.
Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, UAT, deployment, and hypercare.
Provide user training and prepare functional/process documentation.

Requirements

Experienced SAP VIM Consultant
Strong expertise in OpenText Vendor Invoice Management integrated with SAP S/4HANA/ECC
Experience with end-to-end P2P/AP invoice processes
Experience configuring VIM document types, process types, exception handling, approval workflows, and business rules
Experience with SAP FI/MM integration
Experience with VIM workflows and approval processes
Experience with invoice scenarios (PO-based, non-PO, credit memos, blocked, variances, duplicates)
Experience supporting integration with OpenText Archive Server/Content Server
Ability to analyze production issues and perform root-cause analysis
Ability to prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams
Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, UAT, deployment, and hypercare
Ability to provide user training and prepare documentation
