Responsibilities

  • Lead project management for implementing new manufacturing technologies in machining and assembly processes.
  • Guide manufacturing technology experts to develop roadmaps for innovation by examining new technology potentials.
  • Lead Proof of Concepts for new technologies with factory teams, ensuring internal knowledge transfer.
  • Screen the market for new technologies and support feasibility reviews for new processes.
  • Implement operational projects to create synergy in manufacturing footprint and improve production cost, quality, lead time, and safety.
  • Create a culture of knowledge and best practice sharing through communication platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, materials, automation, electronics, industrial engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in process development in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in CNC-machining processes is preferable.
  • Keen on implementing new ideas and improving current processes.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with strong collaboration and networking abilities.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willingness to travel on an ad hoc basis.
