Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end product development including design, reviews, consulting, and hands-on development.
  • Provide technical leadership across local and remote teams.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to identify new opportunities and manage installations, configurations, troubleshooting, upgrades, technical training, and documentation.
  • Provide consulting support to business operations and customers within area of expertise.
  • Represent the team in internal and external engineering forums to ensure effective collaboration and visibility.
  • Drive innovation while maintaining oversight of intellectual property within the domain.
  • Develop IP strategies, and proactively identify, assess, and manage risks across R&D projects and organizational processes.
  • Apply strong competencies in safety, quality, innovation, ownership, and collaboration.
  • Leverage R&D expertise in technical domains, tools, processes, communication, and risk and IP management to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Contribute to building secure, compliant, and resilient solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • 8–10 years of experience designing and developing enterprise-level web applications.
  • Advanced expertise in ReactJS.
  • Strong backend development using .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C#.
  • Proven ability to design and develop modern, scalable, and responsive web applications.
  • Ownership of front-end architecture and UI design.
  • Contribution across the full stack.
  • Strong experience handling complex engineering assignments requiring advanced problem-solving skills and the application of innovative technical solutions.
  • Hands-on expertise in ReactJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Proven experience delivering at least one end-to-end application as a Full-Stack Developer.
  • Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities across module, product, and system levels.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.
  • Exposure to software architecture and design tools such as UML, C4 model, ArchiMate, Enterprise Architect, Visio, Draw.io, and Lucidchart for application and system design.
  • Demonstrated understanding of AI and emerging technologies.
