- Provide client support by presenting relevant data and information, resolving tickets, and actively monitoring client requirements to ensure on-time delivery of assigned tasks.
- Create and enhance documentation for Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) and client requirements, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers in Python and related frameworks, fostering skill development and best practices within the team.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather and clarify requirements for new developments, ensuring alignment with technical capabilities and business objectives.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and its frameworks (Flask, Pytest).
- Strong understanding of SAP Automation and Testing Tools.
- Familiarity with Software Development Principles and Methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of CMMI standards and documentation practices.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction.
Desired Qualifications
- Optional but valuable certifications: Python Institute Certified Python Programmer, CMMI Associate Certification.
