Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the PMO team, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to project managers and team members.
  • Develop and implement project management processes, methodologies, and tools to improve project delivery and efficiency.
  • Monitor and track project progress, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and ensure successful execution of projects.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution and project success.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on project status, performance metrics, and key performance indicators to senior management.

Requirements

  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and programs.
  • In-depth understanding of project management methodologies such as agile, waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software for project planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively lead a team and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the PMO and across project teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, make data driven decisions, and implement effective solutions.

Desired Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
