As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, AI Leader at Microsoft, you will shape the narrative for executive adoption of AI technologies like Microsoft 365 Copilot. Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve Microsoft's executive AI transformation narrative for Chief AI Officers and C-suite audiences.
- Create compelling points of view on AI operating models, AI governance, organizational transformation, workforce productivity, agents, and business process reinvention.
- Translate product capabilities into business outcomes and executive-level value stories.
- Own content strategy for executive AI leaders across web, events, customer engagements, executive briefings, and digital experiences.
- Develop high-value thought leadership content, including executive playbooks, transformation frameworks, value realization guides, industry perspectives, and customer stories.
- Develop a deep understanding of Chief AI Officers, CIOs, and executive decision-makers, including their priorities, challenges, buying behaviors, and success metrics.
- Synthesize customer research, market trends, adoption data, and field feedback into actionable recommendations.
- Partner with web, UX, creative, and engineering teams to build modern executive content experiences that drive engagement and adoption.
- Define success metrics for executive content and narrative programs.
- Analyze engagement, adoption, and customer feedback signals to continuously improve effectiveness.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
- Experience developing executive-facing narratives, thought leadership, or go-to-market strategies for enterprise technology solutions.
- Strong written communication and storytelling skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and marketing organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead strategic initiatives in dynamic and evolving environments.
- Experience in AI, cloud, productivity software, enterprise SaaS, or digital transformation.
- Experience engaging executive audiences including CIOs, Chief AI Officers, or business leaders.
- Background in management consulting, business strategy, research, or executive communications.
- Familiarity with AI adoption, organizational change management, value realization, and transformation frameworks.
- Experience leveraging customer research and data to help inform messaging and business strategy.
Benefits
- The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year.
- In the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range for this role is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
