Join Arla Foods as a Senior Product Architect to own the architecture that connects science, data, and AI in product development. You will define and lead the digital innovation platform, integrating it across enterprise systems and shaping how products are brought to life from experiment to industrialisation.

Responsibilities

  • Own the architecture of Arla’s innovation lifecycle, from experiment to industrialisation.
  • Lead the architectural direction of the new digital innovation platform, ensuring successful delivery and adoption.
  • Design and own the integration architecture connecting the platform to PLM, ERP, and downstream systems.
  • Set architectural principles for scaling ideas from proof-of-concept to production-grade solutions.
  • Design how data and AI are embedded into the product development lifecycle for consistent scaling of insights and decisions.

Requirements

  • Senior solution or platform architecture experience with a track record of complex implementations.
  • Strong data modelling depth, designing domain models for R&D or product data.
  • Deep integration architecture experience across APIs, event-driven patterns, and complex enterprise landscapes.
  • Ability to set clear direction, make sound trade-offs, and contribute hands-on when needed.
  • Experience in product-led or agile environments, guiding teams from concept to scalable solutions.
  • Confidence to align, influence, and challenge at senior levels across R&D and technology leadership.
