Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
- OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
- OR PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering and/or Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience working with common test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers, network analyzers)
- 3+ years’ Experience with silicon bring-up and high-volume manufacturing, Hardware Engineering experience or related work experience
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree in computer engineering and/or Electrical Engineering and/or Electronics Eng or related field
- Experience with ATE test platforms, Advantest 93K SOC test systems, design for test (DFT) techniques and structural tests such as Scan/ATPG, JTAG, and memory BIST, testing CPUs
- Experience with silicon bring-up and high-volume manufacturing
- Experience with testing Advanced package technologies
- C/C++, Perl, JMP
- Knowledge of VLSI design, semiconductor device physics along with computer processor systems, CMOS, Analog, and Mixed Signal circuits such as ADC, DAC, PLL, Codecs and their performance measurements
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment and be passionate about delivering quality work
