Nordea is looking for a Senior Process Specialist in Łódź, Poland, for their Securities Settlement NO team. The role involves daily settlement of securities, investigation of transactions, and supporting stakeholders. A degree in finance, economics, or mathematics, or equivalent experience, is preferred, along with fluent English.

Responsibilities

Daily settlement of securities traded by Norwegian clients on domestic and global markets.
Investigating, amending and matching transactions that have not settled automatically.
Supporting internal or external stakeholders regarding securities settlement queries.
Taking part in various projects (regarding both market mandatory requirements as well as internal process changes).

Requirements

Analytical and strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Attention to detail, clear and concise communication skills.
Pro-active approach to ensure that risk issues are escalated promptly.
Positive attitude towards working in a group of people.
Fluent English (both spoken and written).
Finance, economics or mathematics related university degree or equivalent professional experience will be an asset.

Desired Qualifications

Experience in improving tasks/processes.
Experience in working with AI tools.
